      - ITU will start pilot on summer courses summer 2019. Let us know if you are interested in teaching an intensive course during summer.
Note that 7,5 ECTS can be completed during 2 weeks of intensive teaching. This can be attractive for some faculty. The idea is to duplicate an existing course, where you use the same learning goals, but you have the opportunity to be creative in terms of the learning format. A part of the idea is to make the courses attractive for people outside ITU.
Lone stresses that the motivation or drive should come from the DD faculty.
It is not yet decided when the two weeks of summer school should take place. The re-exam period should, off course, be taken under consideration.
If you have an idea that could be suitable for summer school, please get in contact with either Jonas, Jörn or Lone.

  2. Status on B+KDDIT (Jonas)
    - Star mapClusters – the aim is to prevent overlapping teaching and secure the right progression in the study programs.

The “star map” is based on the 4 general clusters. An exercise to make it more transparent who teaches which courses, and an attempt to map out the general thoughts about the courses with the teaching ambitions of the faculty. One of the aims is to secure continuity in both the courses and the manning of the curses. It is created to secure more transparency in and to function as a tool when working with the courses – Jonas stresses that the map is not fixed. The map can also help identifying potential collaborations between the programs.

There will be a small workshop, more info will come.

    - Evaluation of qualification seminars during summer in programming and in qualitative methods
Students admitted to KDDIT (and DIM) have to meet the requirements of 7,5 ECTS methods and 7,5 ECTS programming.
Information about the summer seminar, see Lone’s slides.
