    • o Board of Directors Strategy seminar: comments on DD education programs presented
      • § Positive presentation of games master, board of directors is happy
      • o Selection and execution of the Grant applications, where ITU is coordinator
        • § After summer research support will make an extensive guide
      • o BFI is important work; publication opportunities need to be constantly updated
      • o PhD school has not had many funds, they got more funds during the spring
      • o New person in PhD support, she is still in training – otherwise business as usual

      • § ITU is now a partner and will get 2 PhD’s out of this project

  • Due to GDPR ITU is now required to have a DPO (Data Protection Officer) to ensure ITU complies to the new GDPR and the general protection of data
  • Information security is a team sport – we all need to think about it for it to work
  • We are all a part of the same digital ecosystem at ITU – we are only as good as the ‘lowest’ bar

  • Document in the wiki is a guide to how get the support from an academic career coach or be one yourself
  • Junior researchers, postdocs and assistant professors can get an academic career coach
  • Full or associate professors can be career coaches
  • Maybe change the name to “mentor” and align it with the mentor new employees get in their first weeks at ITU
  • Will be implemented as soon as possible
  • The activity list is seen as a guide, not as a checklist
